Alarmanlage ist offline, nachdem ein Alarm ausgelöst wurde

Liegt es jetzt nur an der App oder woran liegt das?

Einfach und zuverlässig

App läuft sehr stabil und ist übersichtlich

Auf einmal Gebühren?

Man wird aufgefordert plötzlich ein Abo abzuschließen für 23,99€? Was soll das? Wo ist der Mehrwert zu der bisher kostenlosen App?

Nach jedem Update schlechter.

App braucht ewig zum Einschalten, das Ausschalten geht überhaupt nicht mehr. Wer programmiert so einen Schwachsinn?

Katastrophe

Da hat man eine funktionierende App durch eine neue nicht funktionierende ersetzt!!!! Support nur wenn man Bock hat... wir haben mehrere Alarmanlagen... diese können in der neuen App nicht einzeln hinzugefügt werden sondern nur über den Masteraccount... somit keine Kontrolle mehr wer die Anlage betätigt... früher konnte ich mehrere Anlagen mit meinem Benutzer hinzufügen!

funzt nicht mit Ipad Pro 2020

warum schaltet man MyElas ab? Das läuft wenigstens mit Ipad? AS I SAID: IT NOT RUN ON IPAD PRO 2020!!!

Zurücksetzen

Ich versuche die App zurückzusetzen und mich mit einem neuen Profil anzumelden: Fehlanzeige. Nach dem Löschen der App und dem neuen Laden sind die alten Anmeldedaten wieder da. Schlecht bzw. Überhaupt nicht gelöst. Was soll das für eine Steuerungspunkte-App sein, die sich selbst nicht steuern lässt?

Als „Nachfolgeapp“ für myElas endlich die Möglichkeit, FaceID auf dem iPhone zu nutzen. Lange darauf gewartet! Voll zufrieden!

No support for iPhone X. Automatically alarm set function is missing

New Update

Can’t use app anymore. When trying to disarm alarm the app crashes. Apart from that the app is fine and awesome for managing the alarm. Features are basic. Would be nice to be able to save some settings on which detectors are active and those that are inactive.
