Panel shows as offline
Since the last cloud update on the 15/04/24 the panel keep going offline randomly for up to an hour at a time. It happens regularly. Please solve the issue

Have used RISCO products for many years. Glitchy, buggy and not user friendly to say the least. Now they have introduced a annual subscription fee to use the app, for a product you have already purchased? I certainly won’t be subscribing and have already started the process of replacing all the CCTV and alarm systems with a competitor.
I’m not normally one for reviews, but out of frustration. I recommend you don’t waste your money on this alarm system. After spending over $2k on the system now I am paying for an app that only connects to the cloud when it feels like it. Risco are horrible to deal with, they won’t provide any support. And yes I’ve done a reboot of the panel and nothing has worked. Ridiculous that the only solution is to keep paying money. Not even worth 1 star.
This was a terrible alarm system. It’s hard to use, and it’s nearly impossible to get someone to come out to fix anything that goes wrong with it. I tried contacting base but not even an acknowledgement that I’d sent them a request for help.
Since all updates, app works great. Note to users, you need to search IRISCO in App Store to update it as it didn’t show me there was an update available. install these every week and they are a very good system. Advanced Vision Security Pty Ltd
IRISCO promised that the app would be faster after update. Nothing has changed. Will be looking to change alarm to different brand, as I’m not paying subscription for this rubbish
I’ve had this system for 5 years with cameras, base and control unit. Has to be the dumbest smart alarm ever! Controls, setup, access to camera, notifications, network connection, batteries are all unreliable, frustrating and not fit for purpose. Risco help is non existent and can only be serviced by a local installer, who are extremely limited. Not even worth 1 star. I don’t usually leave bad feedback but after spending $1.5k+ on the whole system, they are now asking to pay to use the app!!. There are plenty of cheaper and or better options.
Your app was alright for a while but now it is slow to arm and disarm. You need to fix the problem because it’s becoming frustrating waiting for it to happen
Updating my last review. System is working great, no complaints and is doing everything I expect from it. If there’s a feature I’d like to add it would be Siri Shortcuts to arm / disarm and also to activate utility outputs, “close roller door / open roller door”. This would make the app perfect in my eyes.
This app refuses to run on my iPhone, insisting that my device is jailbroken (it’s not). Update to latest Apple iOS (NOT jailbroken, just to be clear) still refuses to work. My installer reached out to local Risco contacts but they were unhelpful and unsympathetic… that’s just the way it is apparently.
