New doorbell push sound. Really! V5 is now 5 years old without any significant upgrades. Eg online edit auto arm/disarm schedules. Still slow. Going to make it so hard to be brand loyal when needing to replace/upgrade hardware. Can’t fault the hardware though. Does what it says on the box.
Convenient to have but at random times signs me out when in a rush and want to arm my property. Please fix as I often have to use ‘forget password’. Can’t afford a break-in as result of a glitchy app.
I last used the Risco app in 2018 when house sitting. After leaving, I deleted the app. Today, I installed a new Risco system at my house, and upon downloading the app, there is no way for me to log into any other account but the one from 2018.
Major drag is the inability to edit automation features on the panel. Like season updates for time arm on/off must be done on the panel 🤬.
Practically unusable due to snail speed, added with connection glitches. Pls take off App Store !
App is so buggy...panel constantly reads as offline even when internet speeds are excellent. Takes ages to arm and disarm. So frustrating. Definitely not a user friendly “smart” system.
The app is extremely slow to connect to alarm system. Have to give any instruction twice sometimes 3 times. Not impressed.
The system is offline. I called the alarm company and they say the panel is connected. I recently changed over to fibre network by Vodacom n mweb isp. I am not sure what to change to get the system to go online.
Since the update three weeks ago the app is even slower than before Please check the app
The app would be much better if you could enable time-based activation and/or deactivations. Eg. evening and morning.
