They took my complaint that my favorite song "gentle night" wasn't in the app seriously and added it four months later. Very happy with the app. I sleep fall asleep easy with it. It uses a soothing voice.

Waking up in the middle of the night you can feel at a loss. The soothing voice of the meditation is comforting. Thoughts come at ease and your body settles down again. If you don't fall asleep you at least rest, but many a I didn't make it to the end of the meditation, 'cause I'd fallen asleep already. Lovely.

This app really helps me fall asleep. It's great that you can choose from several meditations, and make combinations of meditations in a playlist.

Verschillende methodes om te ontspannen (lichaamsdelen één voor één ontspannen, ademhaling, gedachtes 'opbergen', geruststellende zinnen herhalen) met een rustig muziekje eronder. Ik hou van begeleide meditaties, en dan is dit een aanrader! Zeker als je moeite hebt met in slaap vallen. Het is wel allemaal Engelstalig.

I love all Meditation Oasis apps, because they make it easy to meditate. I meditate by myself too, but when I am too tired, or wound up, I'll use one of their guided meditations. This one was on my 'app shelf' for a while because I had to invest about 15 minutes in order to understand it and make it work the way I like. It is very helpful for falling asleep after an exciting day. Thanks for your effort!

Echt een aanrader voor mensen zoals ik die moeilijk in slaap komen. Lig jij ook altijd minstens een uur naar je plafond te staren? Dan is dit echt een uitkomst.

Ik gebruik deze app regelmatig, vind de stem prettig. Heb een playlist gemaakt, een minpuntje is dat er soms verschil zit tussen het volume/de manier van spreken van de verschillende stukken tekst.

Heerlijk ontspannend! Uitstekend slaapmiddel!
