I can’t even say how many years I’ve been using this app for. I love the combinations of sounds with custom volume levels. I’ve tried other apps but none are as good!

I’ve had this app for years. Not only are the meditations free, but you can also customize the clips for your own playlist. The only thing that can help me get to sleep and stay sleeping the whole night!!

Not sure if anyone is still monitoring this app? Please improve the interface. Keep getting cut off, buttons unresponsive a lot. Frustrating when trying to relax.

Well, I’ve been an insomniac for a few years now, and I haven’t managed to find anything that helps me to relax and fall asleep until my discovery of this app. I have slept three nights in a row! I use the meditations with the intros switched off and a bit of soft music mixed in. So far so good!

Ive been through a lot of mental health struggles and they are definitely my go-to meditations daily.
