Don’t use MakeMyTrip as they will delay the refund if the flight gets cancelled The support is worst and even after sending several emails and calls they have not refunded the flight and refund of 60k pending with them

Scam app, horrible customer service Kindly stay away, they never refund for cancellations

The app is ok for searching and making a booking, but then you get at least 10-20 notifications per day advertising other attractions. I can’t see any way of opting out if these. If you just stop the app showing any notifications, you might miss updates about your trip. Please fix this!

Very easy to use, quick, honest and convenient

I been trying to book my flight through make my trip app but sadly the app is getting crash.

I booked an airport taxi through MMT. Taxi cancelled 10 min before pick up. I tried to contact MMT and helpline is useless as it puts you in a computer loop where the only outcome is to go back to the app which does not have a complaint or refund option. Basically they are now trying to charge for the full trip cost even though the journey never happened. Do not recommend this app or the service to anyone.

Good, quick & efficient. Only wish the IRCTC verification process was less clunky!
