Terrible customer service!!
Update - their drivers are still lazy and don’t come and this horrible company with horrible customer service keeps charging people money for rides they are forced to cancel !! Imagine if there was no uber and you had to deal with uneducated, rude, smokers every day!! That’s Jenny in a nutshell. I don’t usually write such reviews but this company is a disgrace. Their drivers are lazy and they accept jobs but then call you to tell you they’re not coming. They refuse to cancel the ride and you will see the wait time go up from 5 minutes to 20 minutes because the driver is driving away but you’re still unable to cancel the ride. What happens if you decide to cancel such a ride? The company slaps you with a cancelation fees and they have no customer support - absolutely NONE! You can log as many times as you like, no one will ever respond. So has only if you’re desperate and choose cash option so these thieves cannot steal your money!

Very bad user experience and app keeps closing when I order. Also no drivers.

لا انصح ابدا باستخدامه السواق يقبل الطلب و يكون مدة الوصول ١٠د و بعدين تصير ١٤د اتصل بالسواق يقول انا ابعدت و ما يمديني ارجعلك. و يوم الغيت الطلب بناء على السواق خصموا مبلغ مني. باي حق ؟ غير كذا السواقين متذمرين من معاملة الشركة.
