ولا مرة استعملت جيني بدون ما اواجه مشكلة تقنية في التطبيق تطبيق رخيص فاشل جداً من جميع النواحي ويحتاج تطوير

مشوار اقل من7 دقايق بدون اي مبالغه 55 ريال !!!؟؟؟ لا جودة سيارات ولا تعامل ولا خدمة مثل الناس كنسلو التطبيق افضل حل لكم 👎🏻❌

دفعت ابل باي في تطبيق جيني ولم تتم خدمتي ولم يتم استرداد المبلغ في حسابي ارجوا من متجر ابل ايقاف هذا التطبيق لأنهم اختلسوا فلوسي ارجوا منكم الالتفات لمشكلتي اخذوا من محفظتي ٤٠ ريال دخلت التطبيق وما حصلتها حسبي الله عليكم احذروا منهم تطبيق احتيال لا تدفعون لهم مسبقا
للاسف التطبيق تقنيا ليس جيد
يحتاج التطبيق لتحسين اوقات اطلب ولا يظهر السائق يتحرك وفجاة يكون وصل واوقات اطلب ولا يظهر انه تم تعيين سائق فبلغي لاطلب مرة تانية بتفاجأ بتوصلني مسج انو ح يتم حجبك لان الغيت اكثر من مرة وانا بلغي لان ما في احد قبل طلبي غير انو السيارات قليلة وبعض السائقين بيلغي بعد ما انتظره واضيع وقت ..لذلك ارجو العمل على تحسين اداء التطبيق من ناحية التقنيات والسائقين
