Unable to add a bank card

Got charged twice

Got charged twice , asked for a ride for my friend and paid online, he charged my friend cash as well.

Horrible app

Got charged for cancelling a ride the driver was 10 minutes away i waited 25 and he hadnt even moved , how am i getting charged for bad service ?
