Worst service ever for a person with disability
the worst flying experience of my life...I had a flight from JFK to Guayaquil on Thursday, July 28 with a layover in Fort Lauderdale...on Wednesday night they told me that they delayed my flight from Thursday, so Thursday on the way they cancel me at the airport... they change my itinerary for Friday... however, on Thursday night they tell me that Friday's flight is delayed again, so I would lose the connection... on Friday, however, I return to the airport to look for a solution and they give me the tickets with the original hours that were 2:59pm from JFK to FLL arriving at 6:30pm and from FLL to Guayaquil leaving at 7:25pm and arriving at 10:30pm...however there were the delay from JFK to FLL that left at 4:39pm so I would lose my connection...and there were many affected passengers and yet they did not change the flight...10 minutes before boarding the jetblue agent tells us no let's get on the plane from Florida because they won't give us any solutions there but it tells us that our bags are on the plane so many passengers went to FLL and there we went to the kiosks...when I spoke with the manager she was very rude...she told me to take a flight on Monday night but I couldn't because I didn't I had the money to spend two nights without a hotel and food in that place... I also have a hearing disability... I listen with a cochlear implant because I can't hear anything without that device and although I speak English I couldn't understand the person well woman and I told her to talk to a colleague in Spanish because of my disability and she got rude...so I felt desperate and left the kiosk to talk to my family because they told me very rudely that they would not help with hotel and food due to their own logistical failures...in the end my family helped me buy another flight on another airline for Saturday night the 29th...I was very scared of flying and I felt that they also discriminated against me because of my disability... .it is a pity that JEtblue has reached that... thanks for making me feel insecure about flying…at least your employers can have a bit of EDUCATION?
