Really impressed with the app. We took a flight from Dublin to Las Vegas which had a layover in JFk. The app was fantastic for keeping us up to date with any delays, gate changes etc. it also alerted us to the progress of our bags in transit. Well done jet blue. An app which is truly fit for purpose.
we were traveling from Heathtrow london to JFK New York,,, due to some issue flight was delayed by 4 hours and i was flying with my family kids even little kids they were exhausted tottaly but yourr crew member didnt seem to be friendly ask us or offer us something or even for our kids so im totally disappointed with this situation
The app functions great and you can book flights, check in and access your boarding pass - even add it to Apple Wallet. But…. Even better than that is the modern efficient jets, great crew and awesome flying experience.
I don’t get how this app is still this bad - rarely works, managing reservations is hit or miss, adding bags zeros out…in years of using it things have not improved.
The overall design of the app is decent however, it’s a nightmare trying to book seat reservations. After using the app and also the website on my laptop, both of which I had the same issue, I was unable to pay for reserved seating. Once I had confirmed my payment details, the dreaded 3 dots of doom and a message saying to bear with a moment, whilst the transaction went through, however it would not. I waited for quite a while, way more than 10 minutes before I gave up.
Poor UX, buggy and slow. Good effort, keep trying!
It is impossible to get help in the app or via chat if there is a problem. I’ve waited on chat for 4 hours at a time without any assistance whatsoever. If there is any issue with a flight you will get absolutely no help from a customer service agent and you cannot find any other way to contact someone. You also cannot submit feedback in the app without a US phone number - they literally don’t care about other customers
Recently flew from London to New York. The service is superb. Love this airline and will fly regularly between these two cities in the future.
