Always goes down. Lacks functionality. Now trying for a third time to make a reservation because it keeps freezing. Who is responsible for this terrible terrible software? They should be fired as it reflects so poorly on jetblue.
Apple pay and paypal both not working. Putting card details declines the card and bank says they don’t even see the attempt to the charge. Website has the same issues. Useless
Why did you remove the boarding passes from the website and force me to install an app that requires me to turn on location and tracking
This is arguably the worst app I’ve ever used. It keeps timing out whenever I click account or home. A cookies box appears and then the app doesn’t load or keeps reloading. Not sure. But nothing comes up and I can’t edit my account. Very frustrating.
It asks for all the visa information for online check in, then just tell you that it can’t process it?! What a waste of time!!
I have had my JetBlue card for a few years now. The main reason is where you fly to. The TV/ music / games on back of seats is the first reason for my frequent use. I’m not a reader or sleep type person when flying. .Literally I watch tv or play games . Your planes are more comfy and have more leg room. All the staff from checking in , checking in bag and through gate are always smiling and pleasant. Also very helpful . I won’t use another airline unless I have to bc of the destination I’m heading too. Staff is very pleasant when helping out during Flight . This next flight I am taking is costing me so little money. It’s paid for round trip with my accumulated points. Often I need a wheel chair to my gate and they are super friendly employees. Thank you Jetblue Airlines keep up the great work. MS Chapin

This app is so precise, helpful and makes traveling so much easier. From the app to the staff of JetBlue, my experiences has always been just simply amazing. Thanks JetBlue 😊
This app is the reason I will never fly JetBlue again. I will pay extra for Delta & American Airlines. The “accept & pay” button does not work and contacting customer service is harder than any exam you will take in your life. What’s the point of having an app that doesn’t work?
