months ago when i started, i couldn’t even do 20 push ups. i hit a record 60 the other day. yeah really happy with it.
Awesome app, got my push ups right up after I was stuck doing it on my own. I’ve now paid for the full version. It’s a shame it doesn’t sync to Health, I’m not getting credit for it with my Apple Watch unless I log it manually.
I’ve shared this app with a bunch of friends, and roughly a third of them were too confused by the interface to participate. Once I showed them they understood, but ideally the app would be more intuitive. Other than that, it does what it says on the tin.
Get rid of your commercials 😊
Not worth $45 a year
Does what it says on the box! I would love it if the sessions adjusted to my results along the way!!
This app claims to do 7 programs, but you can only do the push-up program without subscribing.
Been using this app on and off for >5 years. Great little app. Unfortunately latest update wiped all previous data for me
Seems good, slowly working through a few exercises. Need burpees.
