A nice helper if you wanna start being more active.
I’ve been using this app on all my device since it was relesead, tho I hate the new design, this app helps me get back in shape and imporve my cardio after long breaks fron exercising.
I usually use it if I get back to exercising after a long break and after I achieve all the goals it sets I go and find an app with actual training regimes or I go to local gym. I find the app very helpful.

This app is good for its scope.
Would be nice to add some videos about how to do a proper exercise.
Also it is necessary to add the pre-exercises to warm up before you start the actual training. (Warm up exercises for each type of training).
Both those little things (warm up and how to do a proper training) would decrease substantially the rate of injuring.
Just keep in mind that your target clients are not gymnast and have to instruct them about this.
