Dejlig app. Super nemt at følge og påmindelserne sætte man nemt til. Er du ikke til træningscentret så er denne app suveræn til at opnå styrke i hele kroppen. Den får kun fire fordi jeg ved ikke hvad man skal bruge den til efter man når i mål. Starte man så fra scratch. Det finder jeg ud af
God app til hvis man gerne vil nå nogle mål
Appen indeholder Armbøjninger hvor målet, er at nå 100 armbøjninger i streg.
Appen indeholder også Mavebøjninger, Planke, Bench Dips, Armhævninger, Dips og Squats. Alt har et mål om at lave et hvis antal af dem.
Hvis du gerne vil bygge muskler i overkroppen kan Just 6 Weaks var et godt tilbud, det koster dog vist 12 kroner for at få alt tilbudt, den gratis version har kun Armbøjninger.

No option to change goal after buying pro upgrade
I really like the way this app is approaching a simple training routine to reach a goal. I bought the pro upgrade because I want to improve my pull-ups, but there is no option to change the goal! I can already do +20 pull-ups, which renders this app useless to me, except for the push-up feature which already is in the free version.
