Have been using this app for more than a year and a half and I’ve seen considerable improvements in stamina and physical appearance.
Great progress with the app
Love the app, easy to use. Keep up the great work development team!
Honestly, out of all the programs I’ve done, these exercises are the ones that I’ve seen the most results with. Most of it is free but if you’re serious there is a paid (of course) subscription that you can do that mixes some of the programs for you. It’s not super expensive though so, like I said, it depends on how serious you are.
Would be better if the app had an Apple Watch app, the only reason is sometimes you just want to put your phone away.
Really enjoying the free push up exercise. I wish there were a one-time purchase permanent premium option still, I’m unwilling to pick up a subscription.
I love the statistics you get from the app.
For specific Bodyweight exercises like dips, push ups, pull ups, etc…. This app is a must have.
This is a solid program to help you build up your PushUps abilities. My only wish is that it would have someplace to tailor the workouts based on my age.
