This is very terrible! How can I order food and the driver or delivery person says it is too far? Returned the order and claims delivered? Kindly refund my money!

Bad / non existent customer service
They are only allowing to blame the restaurant for an order not turning up. There’s no way to contact them. The restaurant is not at fault, they cook the food when JustEat told them to; but just eat failed to pick it up. The app directs you in circles so there is never anyway to resolve issues, it is poor user experience designed to make the customer frustrated.
