The worst app, I ordered food for over 35£ and didn’t receive it, when I contacted customer service they said they couldn’t do anything because it had been more than 24 hours. I contacted them within that time they just didn’t answer me. I even had proof of when I sent the email and they still say they can’t overrule the decision. IM SO MAD, WORST THING EVER
Tried the app first time in Madrid on the 2nd January 2024. Paid € 42.80 and received nothing. They took the money, of course. Do not trust these scammers, they will not deliver the food to you. I have now deleted the app and can say 100 % I will never ever give them a second chance.
I orderd from Burger King but never got my food. When i tried contacting customer support it took several days fo get an answer and they said there was nothing they could do. So I just got scammed for ca. 50 euros.

I’ve only order 2 time, just because I couldn’t find the restaurant at Deliveroo... I don’t know what the main problem of delivery time of Just Eat is. Is there too few drivers? Is the contact between the restaurant and the driver bad? I have no idea, but this is a COMMON problem for all the users. If you read the reviews, choose any restaurants you want, this problems are with ALL the resturants... The delivery time. That’s a shame for them. Don’t suggest this app for food ordering, YOU WILL wait sooooo long and the food gets cold. That’s a huge shame, when it’s not the restuarant’s fault at all. And also cannot give tips for the order or driver either. Just Eat-why’s that?
