Currently underperforms a plain text document
It will mess up syncs, very limited with different apps UI, I have it for free from work and I had enough - migrating to something else today.
I find myself, way too often, needing to copy and paste each field going back and forth from keeper app to app.
iPhone keychain integration is lacking and will not allow you to indicate which record goes where, or partial fill.
Browser and phone sync sometimes just doesn't happen and you end up locked and timed out of your accounts.
This app had a bugs
After using long time ago was saving information good but then lost everything I don’t why
Security question
Why the hell does a security question must be 8 or more characters?
Keep away from Keepers
1. Very poor functionality compared to other password managers tools
2. Very expensive tool - far more expensive than other better tools in the market.
3. on iPhone most features are part of the iOS, under Settings->Passwords using the basic Apple cloud features instead of using 3rd party such as Keepers
4. If you’ll try to refund the purchase, you’ll be refused claiming that you have already installed it on several computers even if you did not.
The bottom line is Keep yourself away from Keepers and do not subscribe or install this product, Otherwise it is going to cost you.
Fast, outstanding service
I forgot my password and had trouble logging on. Raymund immediately answered my email and gave me step by step instructions to resolve the issue. I have been using this app for years and am very pleased. (My only complaint is requirement to enter a nickname — and my choices are already taken — to be able to post this review)

Use it a lot. Works perfect. Did not have any problems. Replaced my watch and could not warlk the 2fa. Sent a mail to support, got back quickly. Were very helpful an solve the problem.
Excellent service/excellent App
Been using for years with no issues but today lost the option of facial recognition. I explained my problem on line and Dann quickly sent me clear instructions that solved the issue. Nicely done!👏
No Free Sync
Use Bitwarden for that. I am now transferring manually around 50 passwords
