удобное приложение, хорошо работает, легко настраиваемое. из минусов: нельзя выбрать длительность тренировки (например, хочу заниматься 1 минуту, а тренировка 30 сек, включаю следующую, она уже 90 сек) и оформление (устаревшие рамки и блоки).
