KeyLifts takes the math out of the 5/3/1 program so you can focus on getting stronger and hitting new PRs.

Very helpful app. Unfortunately after recent update the app crashes immediately after start.

Best existing app for 5/3/1.

The app is superb! I rate it for 5 stars. Here are some of my propositions to make it even better: Possibility to add conditioning to the template Add description and animations for exercises On Apple Watch: When the timer is set, every button clicked cancels it, which is annoying as I want to switch to another app to change music etc. App cannot start without starting first on iPhone. It could be useful to start independently and sync afterwards (like in Strong app) When I finish all sets in one exercise, it’s not showing next exercise (during rest) and not switching automatically to next exercise (after rest) For supersets, it changes to second exercise even during warmup sets - should start switching after main set
