What no boarding pass?

Can’t believe I have to physically go to a desk to get my boarding pass and I can’t just download it to the app.

Keeps crashing when booking flights

Kept crashing when booking flights, but worked in the end. Good for managing flight details, personal details and boarding pass etc

This app is alwasys freezing when I try to make a new booking or try to make a change in my booking. The price go up high of course in case of the new trying. Awful. Please fix it!

App could be better

Problems I found was - I had to enter my family passport info multiple times as the app did not take them from my saved info when checking in - app would not issue boarding pass as the trip was booked via a travel agency company. This means a wait at the checkin desk. Unnecessary in my view. Other than that the app is good.

A lot of features don’t work

Couldn’t pay for my flights in the app. The payment screen would just load indefinitely so I needed to ring and pay over the phone. Then it has a scan passport option which just didn’t work for me. It opens the camera but didn’t seem to recognise my passport and I had my camera on it and there was no capture button either. The app UI is good and modern but it’s let down badly by these features not working.

Used to work really well. Great app. But last update just refuses to start and crashes on opening. Not cool when relying on it to travel
