Baby onvriendelijk
Een stoel boeken voor een 1 jarige baby is niet mogelijk via de app en moet via de customer service. En dit kost 30 euro aan boeking fees. Ok, dat begrijp ik nog.. maar de zelfde vlucht kost ook nog eens 200 euro meer dan als ik via de KLM app zou boeken. Dit is gewoon misbruik maken van klanten met baby omdat ze geen andere optie hebben.
Puntuales, seguros y amables
KLM es una aerolinea que siempre respeta el tiempo de los pasajeros. Muy pocas veces he tenido retrasos significativos en mis vuelos. Sus auxiliares de vuelo son muy amables y, sobretodo esto, lo que mas me gusta, es que me siento segura viajando con ellos.

Unable to log on KLM and AF apps with this version
First experience on KLM international flight
I have been recently to USA using KLM Airlines. Simply it’s really a good service provided by the airlines except only trip returned from Atlanta to Amsterdam where I face some difficulty to even get the air stewardess/steward who were passing through to get them to attend to me in request for some headset. Will definitely recommend to friends and relatives on the Airlines. :)

Je wordt bewust niet naast elkaar geplaatst om zo nog wat extra te kunnen verdienen. Terwijl de plekken gewoon vrij zijn. Dat voelt als afzetterij.
