KLM cancelled I flight I booked 1hr before departure and I had to pay for another one since it was a business trip and is just impossible to get any kind of customer support to get a refund. Terrible customer service

Tras múltiples intentos falla el checkin y no informa motivo…
Not possible in the app. When I do it in the web, by computer, the QR for downloading the boardcard is not working within the app
Adding FlyingBlue card to Apple Wallet doesn’t work.

On my short flight I selected a different seat as it allowed me to at no extra charge but when I did I selected finish but it wouldn’t show the change . ???
En el vuelo KL1510 nos cobraron 12,22€ y en de vuelta KL1521 dos cargos de 12,22€. En ningún momento se nos advirtió y aún ha ciencia cierta cuál es el concepto.
