Pathetic customer support, charged money for car rental and we never got the car

Had the worst experience booking a car rental through Klook in Los Angeles. When we went, the rental agency refused to give the car citing that the booking name should be on the Indian resident and not a resident in US. This was never mentioned by Klook, when we tried to contact them - they do not have any phone number, their chat response time is typically one day and mind you they will respond after a day, and if you do not reply in 5 mins, they will close the chat as resolved. Horrible

Service has gone from bad to worse

Used to be great but now it’s terrible. Chat agents keep changing without history and the chat section is absolutely bad. Been chasing them everyday. Get you guide and Head out are much better

Fraudsters

I strongly advise against booking any activities with them. They do not provide adequate support, and their policies lack clarity. Their terms seem to change at their convenience. I had a very negative experience during my recent trip to Dubai. I recommend my fellow Indians to not use Klook.

Amazing Tram and Peak

Klook helped a long way in getting to peak tram and off course smooth entry.Thanks KLOOK

Worst customer service

The app has worst customer service. I booked the trip, the details was not provided properly and due to this the trip was missed. Their customer service was very rude and they hanged up the call.

Unreliable & Poor Support

For ticket booking, it is good, but I don’t recommend it for activities involving local partners, especially for airport transfers. Highly unreliable, and Klook support is pathetic. We booked a 7-seater premium private car for an airport drop, but they sent a 3-seater sedan in the economy category. Instead of solving the problem, they offered me 10% Klook cash after three days. Without a doubt, I rejected it immediately, as I was looking for a good experience, not money back. I was happy that they accepted the problem happened at their end.

Worst

Best App Only Till Bookings are made. If any mistake or cancellation they will be rude and very bad at customer service and all. Very bad experience not once but 4-5 times. Thanks a lot
