Booked Avis rental through Klook and T&C stated no additional charges. Not even insurance needed. Purchased Travel Insurance from Singlife as additional protection. Upon completion of rental and return of car, Avis charged additional ~50% of what I paid to Klook. I returned the car with full tank of petrol and Avis charged me too. Reached out to Klook and Klook refused to help. Just keep saying I need to work with Avis. Scam App! Do NOT Trust Klook.
Booked a day trip to Asahiyama Zoo, Biei and Ningle Terrace in Hokkaido in December 2024. We were informed to wait at JR Sapporo Station bus parking area. This place is like a small bus terminal. There was no specific pickup point instructed. When we reached there were many tour groups assemblying everywhere and we were not sure which one was our group. I whatsapp a picture of the exact point where we were to the tour guide. She informed us to wait. The bus came late and we were worried that we'd missed the bus. It was so chaotic and stressful. We were informed to arrived 15 mins early and the bus was about 15 mins late, so we ended up standing 30 mins in the cold. Finally the tour guide called us to walk out to the main road to board the bus. Not sure why the bus didn't drive into the bus park as I could see other tour groups boarding their buses within the bus park. Luckily my phone had a connection, else I would have missed the bus as it was stopped along the main road and did not enter the bus park, contrary to their earlier instruction. It was a small 18 seater bus which had picked up others at an earlier pickup point and was almost full with 3 empty seats left. My family of 4 including a child were split and separately seated on the bus. As for me, I was asked to occupy the front seat beside the driver. I had to climb in and out of that seat throughout the rest of the day as there was no passenger side door for the small shuttle bus. Not even an apology was offered by the guide. What a shame. Gave feedback to Klook and no response from them as expected. Regretted booking this trip!
klook titled tickets with promo - when I bought I noticed they are for children - immediately asked to cancel (because I wanted to buy for adults) support rejected and tried to delay and didn’t want to do anything. Awful customer service
Fast and prompt confirmation
Be cautious when purchasing on Klook. They will accept booking without being able to fulfil it and cancel right after. Better to buy it from the sites directly to not be disappointed. Number found on their website is not in used when dialed. Will highly not recommend to use this app for any purchase. FYR I’ve heard of multiple instances whereby people’s order were cancelled after purchasing
Klook put a non-functional service (MyCLNQ) on its platform to cheat people's money! I have tried multiple times but have not been able to do a video consultation through MyCLNQ. But I already paid for it on Klook! Absolutely lost my trust in using Klook...
Attractions tickets are confusing and I paid 250 not knowing it expires as I was misled to buy. Very poor service and response. Customer chat is always jam.
Trying to book the app, while screenshot & share with my partner the price, date & room category that we prefer (left to book the room only).. the app refresh & with different category (downgrade room category but same price) feel that i just got scammed while exit the app.. i'm gold member but not gonna book hotel from here anymore..
I bought USS tickets using their promo buy 1 free 1 link, but never received the free tickets. After I communicated with the staff, they said is already fully redeemed but it was not updated on their website. They bounced me back and forth, saying they need to check and will update me again after many days. By the time I can’t be bothered anymore, I want to raise my no-show refund, they now tell me the claim process period is over already and I cannot claim back any money. This is totally cheating, the claim period is over because of their delay. So is this considered as their delay tactics so that nobody will be able to claim back their refunds?
