Very poor guest service - will never again use your services
Booked a trip from Hoi and to danang by mini van. Since the trip was never confirmed I wrote to the costumer support and they gave the contacts of the local people and told me to contact - I told them that if I wanted to deal with local transportation I wouldn’t book through the app. So they told me they would get back to me later- which they never did. The transfer happened according to the time of booking , even though I did never received a confirmation, but to the drop off I was left on the other side of the city. I told the driver to please leave me at my hotel ( as per booking) since he did not speak English- even though on your app it says they do - he called to a lady that spoke in English and was extremely rude to me and even put down the phone on my face after telling me to just get out of the van and walk. I’m 6month pregnant and I really did not expect this type of service. (The phone nr of the lady that spoke in the phone to me +84 93 8405917) The worst experience ever.

不愉快的退款經驗
雖然不是第一次定KLOOK，之前的使用經驗都很棒… 但我這次第一次使用取消行程，讓我非常不滿意！！！我因為家人生病無法參加行程，我覺得很可惜！！退款要賠上40%的政策我也很清楚，但是我七天前，就提出申請了，申請後覺得沒有進度就找了客服，第一位客服跟我說明完退款政策後一分鐘就消失了，經過五天我看依然沒有取消成功，就又聯絡了一次，第二位客服跟我說我沒有回應「確認」，我心想哪裡有叫我確認....真的傻眼，我在這五天也不斷提出取消申請，系統依然沒有說我沒「確認」這個字眼，消費者仰賴的如果只有人工的客服，而且又只有一分鐘時間給於回答那要這個退款按鈕做什麼？KLOOK身為這麼大的品牌，取消機制竟然長這樣，讓我有點不敢恭維！
