Super duper efficient

Worst experience ever!

I booked a hotel in Singapore on 7/7, 10 days later i get sick (should have been to Singapore on 17/7) and therefore I contact Klook in relation to cancelled, since I can’t enter the booking. I then manage to be in contact with 4 different customer service staff in the hope that they can tell me what the cancellation policy is, but instead of replying, they ask me to send all kinds of stuff and find the booking in all possible ways. When I finally get an answer from the 4th person, the answer is that I can not cancel after I have received my confirmation, that confirmation I received funny enough, while I was talking to all the 4 different customer service staff! That’s the worst customer service I’ve ever tried! Miserable customer service! This is the first and last time I use Klook.
