Hi developers, Could you please add a map of China? I have paid for the basic functions but got nothing, cause I live in China, this app doesn’t have the Chinese map. It really doesn’t feel good.

1000 times Worse than Waze and maps and you get to pay for it! Awesome!
2021 now supported
App has been updated so that 2021 models are supported. Thank you developers. Earlier review below. Oh so the 2021 models will be added for the spring riding season. What about those down under, some of us have the benefit of riding all year round. Bought a new bike yesterday just so happens to be a 2021 plated model and the vin is not supported. Time to delete this app. The bikes are fantastic absolutely love my KTM’s. Love the KTM rally’s.
Just bad
The app connects but doesn’t recognise my 1290, not much good
$15 wasted
Paid $15 to use the navigation app to find out I don’t have the Bluetooth enabled, the full tech pack should come with everything and this app, KTM do better
Should not be a cost
Shame on you KTM. You have a premium product and you charge a premium price for your bikes and now you are going too far. You are gouging by charging for functionality in the app. (The app and it’s functionality is buggy anyway).
Double charging.
I would like someone from KTM to contact me regarding why I paid $9.99 for the old app, which now seems to be discontinued, for me to download the new app asking for more money. It’s outrageous to think you can charge that much for an average app (The old one) in the first place, let alone think you can then go and charge people again! I will be expecting to be contacted regarding my complaint before I take things further.
Ripoff
$18Au a month for a very ordinary navigation app, no phone or media access. After paying over 30k for a bike this is an insult to your customers but not unexpected from ktm.
Updated for 2021
Congratulations the app has finally been updated to allow 2021 bikes to connect. But wait there’s a catch…. The bike you just paid for now requires a subscription to make the features you’ve already paid for enabled, for the low price of $9.33 a month you can have navigation that is free on any other motor vehicle built right now. Can’t wait until ktm makes sport or rally mode a subscription at this rate it won’t be far away
Support for DUKE 390 MY22 ???
Hi Developers I cannot find DUKE 390 on the app when trying to add my bike not even using VIN number. Is this bike not supported??? If not please add it. Thanks Jay
