Ya existía la aplicación My Ride, por la que se tuvo que pagar el dinero correspondiente y ahora se tiene que volver a pagar por lo mismo. Sois unos ladrones.
Ya pagamos
Nosotros ya pagamos por una aplicación. Es injusto que nos toque pagar por una nueva, ademas de que proponen una suscripción mensual! KTM en qué están pensando!
Que paso con KTM MY RIDE
Cómo es posible que los usuarios de KTM hayan pagado la aplicación KTM my ride y ahora la bloqueen y nos obliguen a pagar por una nueva, es un abuso es cómo pagar por el paquete Rally y después digan que se actualizo y debemos pagar de nuevo. Es un robo descarado y nadie responde.
Mucho por mejorar
Tiene principalmente dos problemas 1- se cierra la app en el teléfono y desaparecen las indicaciones en pantalla 2- muy pero muy mala la precisión. Indica giro a 50 metros y realimenta ya se encuentra sobre el cruce . Dispositivos: ktm 390 adv, iPhone 13 Pro Max
Pesima
Como es posible que cobren mensualidad por un app que no sirve en lo absoluto, en mi caso ni reconoce el VIN. Y el soporte al app por ningun lado, mal por KTM de mal a peor, pague por la anterior app y esa medio servia y la eliminaron de la store
Incompatible
No es posible conectar la moto con la aplicación ya que solo aparecen los modelos 2022 y no 2021 que es el que tengo. Pésima aplicación

Don't recognize the 390 adventure VIN. I bought a 390 adventure orange and black, In Colombia and have the VIN = VBKJGJ405NA...etc...etc..., But doesn't work the application so I couldn't use the navigation
