Hi there , It’s very strange after 2 weeks when my landroid is going home to charge ,he parks and I always get this wire missing message. Always I need to pull him out reset it and it’s all good but is very annoying. Do you know anything to solve this issue?
Can’t change non-working time. Trying to amend current schedule and it won’t save as the times are overlapping… despite being hours apart.
Needs a better lawn calculator..my points are all over the place. Why can’t you have a option to scan your lawn and pin point where home is, so that the mower doesn’t have to follow the boundary line? I wasn’t aware of this when installing the line and I’m guessing the battery will die before it gets home as it keeps getting obstructed. Plus there’s no way to resume if you select to go home. Also manual control of the mower would be good, so you can direct it home.
The app will allow you to control one or more mowers, however, having more than one shows failures in this clunky interface. Multiple taps are required to switch between and then alter settings on a specific machine. A better layout would be to have the machine(s) on a home page and alterations to each tapped from here. I imagine the app designers do not own lawns.
Had to usb link for wifi, connect but the app would not link.
The app and the mower are great. Once setup, I rarely have to use the app. I’ve not had to manually cut my grass for 2 years now. Fantastic investment.
Good hardware product but let down by non responsive customer service. Sent two emails and no reply over crashing app when using the ‘Lawn size calculator’ when trying to update the size of garden, via camera app. Ticket number is “ 1579670130”. Update: Customer Service has been proactive and got in contact with me. So far, very good. Thank you, Mr. Ronald Henning. The actual machine has been impressive. We do not have the most conventional ‘garden’, as it’s an ex-field in the center of France with loads of unevenly shaped land. The landroid is coping very well. Updated from 2⭐️ to 5.
Worked ok for about a year now it won’t allow Landroid to connect to Wi-Fi and when I try to reconfigure it thinks the Landroid is a different model with a totally different display despite recognising the serial number ok. This is a joke. Two Landroids I now cannot control. Don’t waste your money on this product.
This is the 2nd time today I’ve deleted and downloaded the app again, the email link doesn’t appear and it won’t send me to password screen. I keep receiving various error notifications say bad gateway? Any help appreciated. Thx
If you are a Landroid user, DO NOT download the latest 2023 app. It will log you out and then you will be stuck with Bad Gateway 502 or API 500 errors and you won’t get back in. Better to wait 2-3 months so they can fix these bugs…!
