My washing machine keeps disconnecting from the app. Why do an update if it’s gonna mess about with everyone’s connection no help customer service. Every time I turn on app it goes washing machine disconnected my tumble dryer which is two years Older never disconnects works perfectly because they keep messing around with the app pointless all this does is upset customers pointless app it cannot be used pointless app 👎
This app is very buggy. Normal features often stop working with updates, and it constantly asks you to sign in again. It’s been this way for over a year so I’m not expecting a fix.
One of my ovens showed offline and now won’t reconnect. I’ve tried factory reset and setup several time but still won’t connect
Unbelievably poor the app just stopped working. This is happened several times in the six months. I’ve had my washing machine and my dryer,,,, no help from customer service you can’t even download the full diagnosis and send a message to Miele the app isn’t loading or working Very disappointing really don’t seem to care at meile😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😳😤😤😤😤😤😤😠😠😠😠😠😠😤😤😤😠😠😤😤😠😤😤😠😠😤😠😤😤😤😡😡😤😤😡😡😠😤😤 after the latest update. The app started working again no help from customer service though.
Looks pretty and the demos are cool but simply refuses to connect to our washing machine even to the extent of giving it an IP address to find it in the network (recognised) as Miele by the network but not by this crap. A quick internet search shows this has been an issue for years and their telephone support is hopeless.
Do app developers not test apps before they release them to the wild. The latest update in addition to losing all your Wi-Fi connected appliances continually displays “We are having technical issues” Too right.
We had a power cut and the unit went off and never powered back up. And the App didn’t alert to etierh event. Which really is what it’s for!!
Only really leaving this review because I was having an issue h connecting my washing machine to the app after a home move, and couldn’t find an answer ANYWHERE! If you’re getting error 3.3.7 when trying to connect miele@home DOUBLE CHECK your password! Annoyingly it gave NO indication that my password wasn’t correct (unlike the LG tumble dryer which DID, and that’s how I realised my password had a lower case L instead of an uppercase i in, which was the problem!), I even moved my router closer to the machine (having to buy an extended Ethernet cable to do the job) but it wasn’t till the error message with the LG machine that I realised I was copying the password in wrong on both. And there was absolutely nowhere online giving any help on this error code. Now connected and back to working well. I like the app, it’s sad but getting a text to tell me I can empty the machine is quite handy, although side note, you can turn the utterly OTT annoying never ending 15-second cycle of “singing” at the end of the wash completely off in the settings panel, thank GOODNESS!
Extremely tedious as it asks you to re-login frequently, and doesn’t link to keychain to fill in your details automatically. As a result you have to keep resetting the password. Why? Almost no other apps make you do this, except poor ones. Fortunately it does keep sending notifications but you can’t find out things like the washing machine finish time.
No way to connect to iPhone. Bought a new washing machine for £1300 but its not operational. Called customer services but they hang up after few minutes. Very disappointed with Miele. Miele products up to no good!
