My mother can’t access her account for 6 months, you didn’t say why. She can’t contact your support. She can’t sleep at night. We are so disappointed. Where’s the freedom of speech? Whenever you dislike somebody, the solution is to just ban them???? Worst social media platform ever.
The fact that the developers of this app went and reimplemented existing fundamental features, such as scrolling and pulling down to refresh, is weird. The fact that they bungled it to such an extent that it doesn’t work half the time and feels terrible to use all the time is embarrassing.
When you switch phones they block you from accessing your account. Then they force you to scan your ID and your whole face, which is a major breach of privacy. When you contact them and ask for another form of verification, they just dismiss your ticket and do not even try to help you. Worst of all - they gaslight you into believing that this is how they protect your privacy, when they are doing the complete opposite.
Dear Microsoft Team, when I see a promotion for, let's say, LinkedIn Premium, the price is still in Croatian kuna (HRK) although Croatia has adopted Euro as the only and official currency on January 1, 2023. So for more than 2,5 years, HRK has not existed. Please switch all prices to Euros (EUR).

Very difficult to opt out of all notifications. Privacy options are buried so deep that a lot of users aren't aware of their existence. And then, the content: 80% corpo cirle-jerk, 19% "influencer" grifting, 1% actual, useful content relevant to one's profession.
Fix this as soon as possible
two main issues: 1. won't play videos - infinite loading 2. reloading content when switching between apps
