Very disappointed when I see the Racist DEI, being pushed by Linked in, I am a White Male and see that I would not even be considered for DEI candidates who are less qualified. Looks like it’s okay by their standards to discriminate against the lack of pigment in my skin.
In my experience, LinkedIn is the best overall platform for social media. The number of high-profile connections you can potentially make on LinkedIn borders on astounding.
If you ever wanted to be a part of a social media made up of mostly cockroaches and human-devouring ogres, then this is the place to go.
Videos in my feed will not load or play since last update. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, same issue remains.
LinkedIn is the app I use on a daily basis. I don’t have snapshot, instagram, tiktok, or other social media, but LinkedIn is the best social app so far
This has most of not all the tools needed to level up your career. The premium feature is well worth it, you can get certifications and learn a lot of useful information through courses. They teach well in these courses and introduce you to new concepts with expertise. It’s a great way to see where your company and other companies are going and very useful in finding and securing a job.
As an SEO and business owner, LinkedIn has helped me grow my career in a sustainable way each year. This is starting to become my favorite social media app. It does not engage you with shiny toys. Plus the community has become much more vetted and professional when it comes to networking and making new connections. I started my LinkedIn journey when they first went public and was one of the first search engine optimization professionals featured on the original website. It’s been a long journey, and I am happy with where we have gone so far.
The video feed has a blur overlay and then a spinner spins. It does not load video no matter what. 1) uninstalled and reinstalled 2) cleared safari cache and history 3) tested network speed 4) checked the latest iOS 5) The Ad/promoted videos play fine. It was perfectly fine 2 updates ago. Feel free to reach out if you want video or steps to replicate. Thanks!
All of a sudden, about last week, I could not play any videos within the LinkedIn app. Nothing changed in my Iphone. The app support in my opinion does not provide any answers. Help please.
I can’t explain how groundbreaking this app is for me and my professional/personal career. I believe the culture of LinkedIn is well established and offers a way for leaders to socialize and network on social media within a controlled and likeminded environment. You all are doing an amazing job and I most certainly love the ability to comment as a contributor of topics that are of interest to me!
