I really enjoy this app. We were able to extend my daughter’s naps from 30-45 min to 1:00. It gives you great guidelines around sleep and wake windows. I love that the schedule adapts to your reality (longer naps or shorter ones). The app is filled with great information too. We are still battling with frequent nights waking and working on it.

We absolutely love this app. We have used it for 4 years, with all three of our kids. My kids are dream sleepers. They happily go to bed around 7:30pm and wake around 8:30am. To be honest, I’m shocked at the number of negative reviews. I have found their customer service to be fantastic. When my kids have run into sleep struggles, I’ve posted in the Village and the LO sleep consultants reply quickly and continue to provide assistance until the struggle is resolved. I can’t imagine going navigating baby sleep without this app. The app is extremely detailed. I can appreciate a new user may feel overwhelmed with the amount of content to look through and read. However, it is time very well spent. It has completely changed my outlook on baby and children’s sleep. I’ll also add, they are always making updates to the app. They take users requests seriously and updated and changed things based on user feedback. If you are in the thick of baby sleep.. I encourage you to try little ones, despite the negative reviews. I found little ones off a Facebook ad that popped up one night at 1am-after my son had taken 6 hours to fall asleep. I bought it out of desperation and I’m so thankful I did!

I’ve used this sleep program with my two older children and I’m currently using it with my 3 month old. It really works well! I recommend it to every new mom I encounter. I do think that it can be slightly confusing when encountering and interpreting issues in the sleep schedule and trying to determine what to do, but I think that’s the nature of the beast more so than the program itself. I wish I could download more content to my phone from the app as I like to have a hard copy and you used to be able to!

The app is just a tracker as so many great free apps out there. I purchased one of their products to assist with the sleep of my baby and when she turned one the suggested schedules that were adjusted accordingly to her days/ naps became inaccessible. This wasn’t disclosed upon the purchase and when enquired with customer service they suggested me to pay for a new material to keep having access to this feature (which is the main feature on this app). On top of that the paid material didn’t give access to the “village” (only available with the expensive access offered) and was not helpful. They replicate what is out there and don’t really help you with anything. If you’re downloading this for sleep support stay away from this app. I ended up paying for the sleep coach pumpers app and found a much better support within their team. Adjusted schedule tool available even during the free trial. Unimpressed and disappointed on this app, I do not recommend it.

I was excited to try this app with the Sleep Program, but it is extremely poorly designed. There is no search function, the lessons are all over the place and some links don’t work. It ended up frustrating me more than anything! I don’t recommend buying this program/app :(

App won’t even open - just goes to blank screen? Redownloading doesn’t help.

I never leave reviews but this app just blew my mind and not in a good way, I couldn’t even get into the app it kept telling me my email was in use(never even used that app before)and I tried multiple different emails and apparently all were used, so I sent myself a password reset because apparently my email was in use and reset my password and still wouldn’t even let me log in.

I never write any review on anything, but i thought i should on this app.. its too « cookie cutter » and every baby has different needs. I was dreading naps and bedtime with this app. I really tried following it but it was the worst sleeping she had in MONTHS. The app is good to keep track of everything, but thats all. I wouldnt suggest this app to anyone to be honest.
