Life saver

I love LO! They are absolutely onboard that all parents and babies are different and offer solutions and tips for IF you want to change anything. The combination of reading material (easy enough for a sleep deprived mom) and support village with experts and other LO parents is perfect.

Stop reading baby sleep books and read your baby

I bought this book when I had my first baby and it made me a very stressed mom trying to follow their schedule. I was so anxious because my daughter was not behaving as expected. Baby 2 I just followed my instinct, co-slept and was a much much happier mom and baby sleeps incredibly better!! These kind of books don’t help! They just make new moms more anxious. Read your heart and your baby!
