This app has been so useful for getting my little one sleeping better. The schedule is so quick to reference and customise, the lessons are easy to find and read through and the support through the village is fantastic value! I highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve their baby’s sleep without hiring a private sleep consultant.

Honestly just google a sleep schedule for the age of your child. This app is a waste of money.

I started using this program when my baby was 4.5months old and it worked great for her at that age. Once my baby got older, I found that the program allowed for too much night time sleep (12hrs) which was causing early morning wakes for us for a while. I realised when my baby hit about 8months old that she really only needed 10hrs of night time sleep and longer wake windows between her naps. This is a great app for first time mums who are trying to establish a nap schedule at 4/5months, but I personally have found that the schedule stopped working for us when my baby hit 8months old.

Was recommended LOs with my first born and couldn’t fault it. Now using it with my twins and I wasn’t sure if it would be as useful but I cannot find any faults. The schedules, the options if things go wrong, really simple and easy to understand information. But the best part is the consultant care. When you’re struggling and you feel you have tried everything or you don’t know where to look, I write in and you get a REAL QUALIFIED person on the other end and they provide you with clarity or even more options and support. I can’t speak more highly of this service. Not app - it’s a service !!!

I had read a lot of advice on baby sleep but nothing was working, this app seriously saved my sanity and gave me back my sleep! I’ve used it with both my babies and love how it not only guides sleep, but educates you on how feeding, solids and other growth/developments impact sleep - and then what to do. There’s plenty of troubleshooting advice for all sorts of issues that come with baby sleep. It’s a life saver. The only reason I haven’t given a 5 star rating is that I find the app format a little difficult to navigate sometimes

I like the app, I don’t love it. The colours are just not very distinctive or cohesive to what they represent. When you’re tired and getting used to the app, it took some time. & it’s just not very efficient. I don’t get why everything is a soft shade, and lots of pink when you’re trying to navigate it. I think a change in colours would be a really good move. If I have another baby, I’ll most likely spend money on another app that’s more user friendly. The recent update for sleep times with no option for nap and overnight, I’m not a fan of either. I’ve actually missed a few night logs on accident. Also I don’t think it was clearly stated that when you pay for it, you have to subscribe to get the village features. Which I’m not convinced to buy either due to the functionality. Thank you :)

Hi there. Not normally one to write reviews but hoping this review helps restore some of the features taken away with the most recent update. I have loved little ones since I've been using it (my little one is almost 5 months & we’ve been using it since we got home from hospital). However, the most recent update claims to give us ‘new resettling feature’ when I reality it has taken away way more useful features within the app. Ie. if I forgot to start my sleep timer I could edit the start time… now I can not If I forgot to hit stop on a feed l…I could edit the length of the feed. Now I’m unable to get the time to go below 1 hour if I need to edit it. Sure I could remember to start and stop the app. But let’s face it sometimes when you’re handling your little one, these things get forgotten. Also there is no way to distinguish a nap versus overnight sleep? Which doesn’t make sense considering the plans also give you an indication of ideal nap amounts each day. So now you’d have to manually work out how much nap time you’ve had compared to before when able would tell you the accumulated amount based on you choosing what kind of sleep it is. Really hoping these features are restored asap. As really the resettling info was fine before when you could hit stop and resume & it would log it for you. Hopefully someone is going through usability as it’s really taken the app backwards. Kind regards, Little ones fan (I swear) :)

Best sleep app, my 2 year old is sleep trained and using it again for my newborn. Everyone comments on how me and my husband have our daughter so well trained and we aren’t sleep deprived like other parents. Sleep consultants are excellent and with the new timer setting that corrects the day, it’s a game changer. I don’t know why more people don’t use this. Beats the possum method in my opinion.

Really nice app , it helped me so much tracking my babe sleep . I have been using since she was born. Worth subscribing for all the tips and village community is great life saver.

Little Ones was rock solid and consistent in supporting me with helping my baby sleep. I am so grateful for all of the consultants’ knowledge and time. Recommend it to anyone!
