This such a scam which is really stink because people are trying to get help to put their littles ones to sleep. They never really say anything for example the ‘how to put your baby to sleep without using the cry it out method’ video just says “yes you can do it, by maybe touching them or by being present” this is as much actual information about a method they gave. I found this to be really frustrating, a waste of time and super unhelpful

I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing, but I was exhausted and purchased the program in the middle of the night. The schedule does not work for my 9 month old plus I noticed some sentences weren’t worded correctly. One said to “put them bed” and then the next time slot said to wake my toddler, but then below that, they say baby. For $75 I feel like there should at least be someone making sure things are written correctly. Also noticed reviews are from 3-4 years ago, another red flag.

do not purchase this program. I used with my daughter and then just recently purchased for my sister. I live in California and she lives in Massachusetts. They cancelled the account which I reactivated when I got it for my sister purchasing two programs (one was an accidental purchase). They decided I couldn’t share my own property and their terms and conditions talk about it in terms of copyright law (not applicable here). I told them to cancel and refund. They told me they couldn’t refund but magically deactivated my account. Then they refused to reactivate unless I agreed to their unlawful terms and conditions. Going to spend my day filing my lawsuit bc clearly they don’t know they are subject to California law. And will call the bank

The app is confusing to me. When you are sleep deprived you need something straight forward. It was hard having to look thru everything. Sooo much to read and search. It would be nice to have an instruction video of how to do put baby down. I also posted a question in the village for a consultant to help me out. It’s been 2 days and no one has replied. ☹️ I contacted them the very next day to get a refund and they said they couldn’t do it. Idk if that is normal. I will not be using this app

It shows “Something’s wrong there” when I enter my email, knowing I have already paid 3 years program

It doesn’t work anymore. It only shows a blank white screen whenever I try to go on the app. I thought the recent update would fix it, but it didn’t.

This app and schedule recommends 2 hours for every single wake window from like 5 weeks! This is way too long! It’s taken me weeks of trying to adhere to this schedule before I realized that this was making her naps worse and I feel it set us back because she was always overtired. I was constantly just going off of the troubleshooting notes rather than the actual schedule. I tried to ask for help within the app and no such luck.

I was impressed by their blog posts and freebies but when I purchased their forever plan and installed the app. I was disappointed. Waste of money, did not help to sleep train my baby at all. Info are useful but no flexibility and no assistance if you don’t pay extra… I should have believed the low rating reviews here before buying 🤦🏽‍♀️

I'm trying to create a profile but it won't allow me to input my daughters birthdate. The month and day are switched around so when I choose 3/9/23 it shows as 09/03/23

I went from not having slept more than 4 hours straight in 15 months, to sleeping through the night in less than two weeks. A few things I love about this app: 1. The cost: single mom, can’t afford a sleep consultant/coach or thousands of dollars and hours in consultations. 2. Adaptability: like every mom, I have my values and beliefs, and I was able to adapt their suggestions to what I think is best and my connection to and knowledge of my kid. 3. Support: they have a community group where you post challenges, questions and comments. In less than 3 hours a coach will respond with ideas and suggestions that are gold. You can continue the conversation. 4. Reality: honestly, most kids wake up at night and life happens. This app knows that and supports you when your kid goes backwards as well as forwards in their sleep and development. They know life happens and also know it can be tough for us. Highly recommend - this app will make your life better. p.s. I NEVER review apps but I think other parents should know about this one!
