Our little one went from needing to be rocked to sleep, to needing a pacifier, and now at 18wk we just put him down to fall asleep independently. I sought out the program because I so desperately wanted to avoid having to sleep train as we have very low tolerance of crying. Can’t believe it still but we did it!

Habe die App schon für meine erste Tochter genutzt und unsere Freunde haben oft gestaunt, wie gut unsere Kinder schlafen. Ist das immer leicht? Nein. Auch unsere Kinder schlafen mal schlecht ein oder durch. Aber wir mussten nie stundenlang im Auto rumfahren, tragen oder sonst was veranstalten, damit unsre Kinder schlafen. Immer, wenn ich ein Problem hatte haben mir die Coaches im Programm schnell, individuell und zielführend geholfen. Ich würde diese App immer wieder kaufen und werde sie noch lange nutzen.

The program does not worth it at all. They give JUST a schedule that you have to follow and trust me it does not cost that money that they require. I was using it for 2 months with asking for help which unfortunately didn’t help my baby to improve the sleep and I asked for a refund. Of course it’s not refundable, they found a 100 stupid reason why I can’t get my money back. Do not recommend. Better find a sleep assistant that would know the baby and find a right way which exactly your baby needs.

I really love the program. It made my life so much easier! The app, on another side, is a real disaster. Super slow and more like a website in an app (if that makes sense).

I purchased the program this morning and was looking forward to it. And everything I have seen so far is “downloading” and “loading”... :( I am very disappointed. If it finally loads, do not attempt to change between sections or, god forbid, go to the main menu. You will not be able to switch back unless you are prepared to wait at least 15 minutes. Also you have to accept terms and conditions every time you access the app. It goes smoothly, at least, is just weird and annoying. I hope the contents (when I am finally able to access them) are worthy of the effort.

The sleep program in and of itself may be good but with such a chaotic design and interface, it’s hard to follow the guidelines. Strip the unnecessary chapters and link within the app to the troubleshooting section or FAQs. Loading of program takes forever and I always have to „Accept“ terms when I log in

I really love the sleep programs and the support village. This is an amazing tool for all parents with babies and toddlers. But the app unfortunately has a lot of issues. For one thing it is ridiculously slow. It takes so long for it to load the posts of the forum. Also when typing, it is really hard to navigate within the text field. It randomly selects parts that get deleted if you keep writing. I end up typing long replies on the computer and copying into the app because it is so inconvenient to use. I really appreciate the sleep programs being available in the app now but again, it is so so slow. No fun to lose at all. It downloads the contents every single time. Why?? Why not just download them once and update if anything changes. It’s not a subscription or anything where users might lose access. If the developers work a little more on these things I’ll give more stars.

I wish I had this app for my other 2 children. I’ve only been following the app for 2 days and already I’ve seen a fast improvement in my 5 months old sleep. It takes away the entire mental load/guess work of sleep and feeds. It’s easy to use and follow. The best 2 features are - the tracking device that changes the schedule you follow to what your baby is doing. AMAZING - trouble shooting - annoyingly babies don’t read the manual when they are born. The app tells you what to do when your baby doesn’t do what the ‘book’ says! There is a plan to follow for every scenario. If you are thinking of getting a sleep consultant for your baby that doesn’t sleep. DON’T!!!! **Get this app** it’s far cheaper and it works!

Once you pay for this they pretty much are rude and don’t even try to understand your stress. Don’t bother Ur the parent go with your gut

This app has been so useful for getting my little one sleeping better. The schedule is so quick to reference and customise, the lessons are easy to find and read through and the support through the village is fantastic value! I highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve their baby’s sleep without hiring a private sleep consultant.
