I want to use only controller but the fact I cannot save my settings makes it unusable as I have dial in the settings every time I fire up LK. Such a shame because it’s really easy to use and in some respects better than TouchOSC.
It’s definitely the best app for iOS
Great little clip launcher for Ableton Live style workflow. Tons going on under the hood. Very handle tool to get a song going quickly in AUM using other instrument AU,s. Looking forward t ok it’s successor BAM hitting the streets very shortly.

I have just purchased this app. And so far getting used to it’s particular way of working. So far, the clip renaming tool does not work for me. I click on it and no input keyboard is active internally or externally. Also the app has crashed (though it did bring back a recovery state when I relaunched in AUM.) But just felt like it couldn’t cope with 5 simple tracks? I am still evaluating but have been forced to buy the app because the activation prompt deliberately gets in the way far too much when you are actually trying to evaluate before purchase. If the developer can advise me on why I can not rename clips and the any tips on the glitchy timing I’m getting that would be great. running on new IPad Air 5. Thanks, I will happily update my review as appropriate.
When I decide to use the app itself, as I’m trying to play some notes, nothing is coming out at all for me even when I have a midi file imported! Is this an issue anyone else is having or am i doing something wrong? Just to note, I don’t have any MIDI controllers to use it with so that could be the reason…
So glad I finally picked up lk and unlocked it, lk does a fantastic job of replicating a massive amount of abletons workflow when used inside of a host like AUM, paired up with a launchpad pro mk3 and a midifighter twister it’s a near perfect workflow for me.. In the short time I’ve been using the devs have been super responsive to feedback and suggestions and have implemented some of our wishes in a matter of days.. kudos guys, it’s very much appreciated..
Most iOS sequencers leave you frustrated, wondering why the developer released an incomplete app. LK isn’t like that. It is feature rich and a joy to use!
This app combines what I would expect from an excellent MIDI controller - sequencer with the clear “short sighted people friendly” Imaginando UI design. Not to forget friendly support. Worth every penny.
Extremely well designed/written, easy to use (intuitive), super stable app that offers plenty of control without suffering from a cluttered interface. I use the matrix (midi) module in a few different contexts and it really does the business, plenty versatile (especially when it comes to midi interactions, both in and out). Furthermore Imaginando support has proven to be uber responsive and helpful. Regularly updated with bug squashes and feature updates, this app is a real winner.
