Garbage cameras, garbage app. Call Logitech because my cameras are always going offline. They say it’s Apple. Call Apple, they say it’s Logitech. $400 in the can. Will never buy anything Logitech again.

Avoid this at all costs. The app crashes every time you try to add a camera and they haven’t updated the app in over two years. There’s no help coming to fix this app. No way to install firmware updates. I’m returning this camera.

Crashes 100% of time

I get prompted to log in and then add a camera and then select "Apple Homekit" and the app instantly crashes every time. So I can never log in. Completely trash app.

Like the camera but not the app

I use Logitech cameras with HomeKit and I like them. Luckily I don’t need this app to add them to HomeKit because it crashes every time I have tried to use it.

When trying to add the circle2 that’s paired into HomeKit, the app just crashes out.

Needs work

Not the best interface, continually shows an update required in HomeKit even though app is running latest version. Can’t clear the popup.

Thought this might allow me to update the firmware of Logitech Circle View cameras and doorbell but besides forcing you to create an account with Logitech where it asks a lot of personal information, this app immediately crashes when attempting to add any device. It also only includes very old Logitech Circle and Circle 2 cameras, none of the Circle View cameras or doorbell.

Does Not Work

Scott847 on

United States

This app used to work. I just tried hooking up my Logi 2 Wired camera and it doesn’t see it. I tried removing and re-adding the camera and that did not work. I got to the Wi-Fi set up screen, but the connect button does nothing. The camera is good but Logitech’s software has just gotten worse and worse.
