Logi Circle Security Camera

It can never correctly detect apple home secure camera setup done. Just stupidly hangs in the screen of “Set Up in Apple Home First - Use this option if you’ve already setup a wired 2 camera in the Apple Home App”. In fact, it has been correctly setup for long time! If you click Go Back, nothing happens. Worse is you click Cancel Setup. It keeps pushing you back to creat account, and then you click login screen, and start over the havoc! All required privileges are granted to the app accordingly. At the end, you found tones of problems of the app without support. That’s it!

You know the doorbell camera, this app doesn’t support though. Oh and if you want to have more than person viewing the camera you need to buy an Apple home pod. Absolute 👎👎 terrible experience from both parties. Will be returning.

I thought it was just me, but the app stopped working years ago. You can sorta use the iOS home app, but there’s also things you can’t do. Frustrating.

If not for HomeKit this product would be useless.

The cameras go offline more than ever. Internet is fine but it’s the older unreliable cameras. We pay for the service so why don’t you use the funds for software upgrades? Especially with all the competition out there!

My circle camera will not charge past 30% smh. I’m giving it 2 stars cause it still works.

The app says you need to set the camera up in home first but… it’s set up. Terrible integration. At least it works with the home app

I’ve used this app and camera for years, now it can’t setup the camera on a new wireless network. App gets stuck on the screen where you enter WiFi name and password.

Our Logitech cameras have had nothing but problems, and now don’t work at all. The Logi app has also had nothing but problems and now doesn’t work either. Looks like they don’t update either anymore. We had this issue 10-15 ago when we bought thousands of dollars worth of Logitech cameras for the office and then were burned when they stopped supporting them. Looks like Logitech has burned us twice. Never again.

Despite a very high speed service my cameras cannot connect ?? Any developers reading all this post ? please do something. Thanks
