It just doesn’t work at all
I have two cameras which are already connected to HomeKit but this app doesn’t see them. Cameras itself are also garbage because they lose connection every hour. The only possible reason you will not find in the morning a bunch of „your camera is offline“ notifications is that your camera was completely offline from the previous day and have to be physically rebooted.
App does not wotk
Since 6 month the App does not work and access to my 2 cameras has lost. I asked 2 times to refund money for cameras but request being ignored. They keep sending me letters with promises but do really nothing to solve the problem. Never again i buy such cameras from rhis conpany.

Постоянно запрашивает пароль, при этом не подключается с первого раза, от 3 и более попыток подключения! Сейчас вообще не удалось подключиться!!

Камеры работали отлично, сейчас не возможно посмотреть, так как постоянно запрашивает пароль
Ничего общего с безопасностью
Последнее обновление сломало авторизацию: примерно каждый час слетает авторизация, и приложение перенаправляет на сайт. Из-за этого не приходят нормально уведомления. Logi не может уже несколько недель это починить. Хотя могли бы временно откатить на старую стабильную версию хотя бы. Техподдержка тоже перестала отвечать, как выяснилось, что проблема массовая. Вот так одним обновлением сломалась не только камера, но и репутация Logi, как надежного и ответственного производителя. UPD: новое обновление не исправило проблему, а только усугубило. Теперь не просто просит залогиниться, а ещё и сам логин только с 10-й попытки проходит.
Вылетает приложение
В течение месяца проблема со входом в приложение. Постоянно вылетает, запрашивает пароль на вход по 5 раз и перенаправляет на браузер. До этого в течение нескольких лет работало без нареканий. Судя по отзывам проблема общая и видимо связанная с обновлением
Не работает. Войти с телефона невозможно. Раньше все было отлично.

Заменили вход в аккаунт приложения с паролем и логином, на авторизацию через браузер, и Из-за стало выдавать ошибку. Непрерывно запрашивать вход с браузера
