Its bad, cause you cant register the product on the web app (redirects to the app), and app is broken and does not recognize the installed & already set up HomeKit camera… the camera works with HomeKit itself, but the app is just not usable. At all. And that seems to be the case for years.
Don’t pay, this is a scam!
They left the app unusable and do not improve for over a year. Security app with random notifications. Any competition is better than this nonsense. I just feel a little used to be left like that after 5 years of regular (not low) paymens. Sad. MAY UPDATE: still scam. JUNE UPDATE: still scam. JULY UPDATE: still scam. AUGUST UPDATE: still scam. Nic nie działa.... Aplikacja się zacina, trzeba na nowo instalować.
Smart location is still not working
I have to set the “Enable Smart Location” to on, every time I’m coming back home.
Not working
Since new update the app is not working. There is no possibility to log to the app. Your are log in from the logi page and after it in the app is only the log in screen and nothing happend. The app log out without any notification and the smart location doesn't work. Completly rubbish.

Aplikacje jest dramatyczna!!! Niestabilna, cały czas prosi o logowanie. Zawiesza się i trzeba instalować od nowa. Nie pomagają żadne zabiegi!!! Pomysł na obsługę bardzo fajny. Szkoda ze nic nie działa 🤷♂️ Kamerki na duży plus
The new “safe log in” feature works painfully…
How can you implement features which do not work properly in the end? Many times, when I get back to the app after logging in through Safari, nothing happens next, it gets stuck at the welcome screen. First of all, I have to log in too many times (why not once?), and second, it does not work every time! Please fix it or remove it and bring it back once it is ready!
