App fungere ikke efter sidste opdatering, jeg kan ikke log ind. The app will not open for login. I have the last few months had to log in to the website and that way around in and see the camera. This is not even possible anymore, now I can not get in at all, neither on the app nor website. it is completely useless.

Why does the login function not work anymore

After the latest update you are constantly prompted for login between a webpage and the app without ability to see the camera Please fix

Do NOT buy this system until bug is fixed

After the latest update you constantly need to login which means you can no longer monitor your home. The old version app used to work fine.

No login

Cannot login after the update…. Come on, please fix this bug. We need this as a security camera, but no alerts as we are not logged in…:-(

Vi har 3 af jeres kamera Har været sååååå glade for dem - MEN MEN nu skal man logge ind hver x og det ikke altid det virker at logge ind. Please, opdatering ellers må vi jo skifte produkt

Constantly logs off

Keeps forgetting the username/pass for a month now. Release a fix! (and fire who ever implemented the SSO). Amateurs

Bliver logget af, og har problemer med at logge ind igen, fryser fastboende billedet. 😩😩👎

Hvor lang tid skal det tage?

Hvor lang tid skal det tage jer at få appen til at køre ordentligt igen, nu har jeg sendt jer flere mails, og hver gang vil i have at jeg skal sende det ene og det andet, det gør jeg så, så i kan se på det, men det er som om intet sker ☹️ i dag d. 24-8-21 har jeg ikke kunne logge ind via min mobil. Kom nu i gang.

Logged off constantly after version update

Constantly getting logged off after your new app updates… like all other comments in here it happened since July 2021… making it impossible to trust that the cameras are monitoring anything… please fix this critical error.
