I was filling in a survey through Facebook which took me to a style plan where I clicked on a 0.99 usd charge. It was not clear at all that I was being charged 34usd per month while I downloaded the app. I feel cheated and would like a refund.
The app is not very clear on the subscription plan. I’ve purchased entry sigle guides which cost 0,99$. The trial period as they claim is 2 days, I didn’t even click on any T&C to agree for monthly subscription, neither I got the email with the invoice of the payment. I’ve emailed and team replied immediately and my refund is in process. However I don’t trust this app anymore and I wouldn’t go further with any of the features. Really disappointed and very bad customer experience!
Attenzione! Ho scaricato l’app pensando di ottenere dei consigli sul mio outfit. Non solo non si ottengono consigli. Ma ogni mese mi hanno addebitato 50 euro mai autorizzati su paypal. Inoltre la sottoscrizione NON compare fra gli abbonamenti attivi su Iphone, come fanno le app lecite. Quindi non è cancellabile da Iphone. Ho dovuto chiedere rimborso, aprire un ricorso con Paypal, cancellare il piano mensile che NON HO MAI RICHIESTO E NEMMENO MAI UTILIZZATO.
In realtà ti abbona mensilmente al pagamento di 34,99 e non te ne accorgi nemmeno!!!!!
Non si sa come, dopo che hai scaricato l’app, dopo qualche giorno ti prendono altri soldi che non hai mai autorizzato. NON SCARICATE L’APP

Senza accorgertene, dopo 3 giorni ti verranno addebitati 34,99€ senza alcuna ragione, ma solo per aver scaricato l’app. Credo che le altre recensioni siano dei fake
Vi fanno fare il primo acquisto irrisorio con la promessa di un contenuto personalizzato da ricevere per email ma non vi arriverà: per accedere a qualsiasi contenuto dovrete pagare extra con un abbonamento che si attiva automaticamente e rimane attivo anche se cancellate l’account quindi attenzione. É tutto poco chiaro e, per la mia personale esperienza, ingannevole. Sconsiglio fortemente.

Problems with the acces. They have collectef my data , charged me and after I couldn t acces my beauty plan.
