I signed up without looking closely, because it said money-back guarantee. It turns out that there is NO money-back guarantee. Even though it is stipulated in EU law, Lumi has found a way to trick users into subscription with no money-back guarantee. I feel tricked. This is not serious business! Would not recommend.

Easy and cool

Just had my first session and really liked my stylist. Very easy to talk to and gave me a good first style.

Charging again!

I never signed up for a subscription!!! You are charging again. Scam!!

Scam! Do not download!

This is worthless! And so diffucult to find where I can delete this POS!! And what they don’t advertise is that you automatically sign up for 39,99 USD monthly membership fee. Not worth the hassle, so stay away from it!!! Wish I could write this on their Instagram profile as well so people do not fall for the scam!!!

Its a fullblown scam, they charge you without any information. There is barely any information about the pricing on the app.

Scam, do not download

This app is a scam, you are sent an email told to download the app to access a fashion plan you have ordered beforehand for 0,99$ with ZERO info while downloading that they automatically start a subscription. This is usually something you need to opt in to on other apps, but here it just charges you.
