I saw their ad on instagram and tried their quiz to supposedly find out my style. After doing the quiz they asked for my email, and charged $0.99 only to create an account on their app. The quiz result is nowhere to be found. It turns out I need to book a session with their stylist to get consulted. If I had known all that earlier, I wouldn’t have wasted my time.
This app is super confusing, they asked too many questions and not event give you a hint. They asked for your email so that you can receive your plan but in fact to get you create account charged 0.99$ only but thanks to the review i went to my subscription and saw it a 29.99$/month subscription. Was able to cancel immediately with screenshots. Nothing clear just everything with money and you are even not convinced about anything.
I dont know why i was charge money after usr this app. They stolen my money from my credit withou any notice and service
I saw the advertisement on Instagram and decided to give it a try. They offered 3 days trial with the price of $2.77 a day and, after that $48.61 a month. I joined on Nov 2, and after they charged me, I still couldn’t log into my account. I emailed them, and they said they would fix it for me. After waiting for 2 days without any difference, I decided to cancel my subscription. They told me they had cancelled my account and felt sorry for my bad experience; they offered me a lifetime subscription for free. I accepted, but somehow, I still can’t access my account. Then they charged me twice after telling me they had cancelled my account, one on Nov 8 ($48.61) and one on Nov 10 ($2.77). I emailed them again, and they told me my subscription was cancelled on Nov 9, and I paid for the subscription prolongation on Nov 8 and bought some additional materials that weren’t included in the subscription on Nov 10??? How does that make sense???? They wrote on their website that you’d get a refund if the reason were acceptable. Guess what? They emailed me and said all payments were nonrefundable, and they were sorry that I got a bad experience??? After charging me 3 times, and I couldn’t even log in to my account, all I got was a sorry and a bunch of script messages. BE CAREFUL AND DON’T PAY ANY PENNY TO THIS SCAM WEBSITE!!!!!
