I thought I’d do a free trial, really hoping to like it - but you had to pay extra to see anything. I thought I’d try one extra at a small cost but it didn’t seem to help. I cancelled so it wouldn’t start charging for subscription… then got charged. Apparently the extra amounted to a whole separate subscription at the full amount, and it wasn’t cancelled (or obvious when cancelling the original). They refuse to refund.
I cancelled my trial period but got charged a subscription fee afterward of $110. I emailed multiple times to cancel. No replies. There is no customer support. Tried to cancel the subscription service in APP but there it just shows a constant technical error so can never cancel. Save your money. Do not trial this. DODGY
Great service from Mara. She really understood what I needed for my shape and put an outfit together effortlessly.
I clicked on an ad that asked a bunch of questions that led down a hole when I gave them a $1 and downloaded an ap and committed to an appt. I then deleted my account and the ap as I was only trying to learn about an advertised work clothes delivery service. They also kept encouraging upsells. This company would be terrible for vulnerable or easily influenced people
A few minutes after I paid that 0.99 USD dollar subscription, my bank warn me of a fraudulent move attempted on my card. That is because they put you on a 34$ monthly subscription without telling you. I immediately cancelled the subscription and deleted the app. I still lost that 0.99 usd. This app is dangerous and sneaky. Be careful.
I paid the 0.99 an i booked me an appointment for the stylist . I had no idea i was going to be charged i would've at-least liked a heads up about the payment. Honestly i don't recommend downloading this app I have emailed them and no-one has replied back i have delete the app and my account but money is still being taken out . So at this point I'm just going to get the police involved .
What a lovely app! I loved chatting to a real life person and getting proper advice on how to start styling my best self! I loved the ideas she had and she was so effective! 🤩
I got a real personal stylist (not a bot) who helped me with my style, giving me photos of outfits I might like (after describing my age and personal style plus colours I like) plus she gave me general advice/tips to elevate my style!
Paid for an individual report, which I never received even though the money was charged to my account. Requested that the subscription be cancelled, which took 8 emails to customer service (and was only finally sorted after I sent two lots of screenshots showing that I couldn’t cancel within the app). DO NOT USE.
Paid what I thought was $0.99 for a trial and was charged $110 on my card! Police are already involved don’t download!
