This app is misleading. Have tried for weeks to cancel and continue to get an error message. Customer support does not respond through email or their phone number (which was incredibly difficult to find)

The company will let you pay for discounted sessions, then before you can get a session scheduled you are charged for a subscription! And then they say they can’t refund the upcharge!… the stylist was late to respond to the chat session, took a very long time -like 15 min or more- to respond then referenced Mango clothes. No other clothing line suggestions were made. And the choices did not match my requested style. Terrible customer service!! Brian from Lumi (aka Title) was quick to tell me I signed up for a subscription, which I did not!

I have been charged over 70.00 and don't know why I though I was signing up for a company that would send a outfit once a month so me being me wanted a nice out fit so I signed up for 29.00 plan. I think in December so I'm waiting for my outfits to arrive and nothing months later nothing, but they taking money out of my account. I emailed them to stop taking my money or send the clothes. Asking what kind of service is this I was told to download the app so I did. That was when I saw all they did was give you styling advice. What I though I'm 72yrs young I don't need no advice on styling. So as previously stayed by all the reviews it's so hard to cancel. I'm still waiting to hear back. I know I'll never get my money back but at least stop taking it. My next step is to have my bank go get my money back.

This is a total money maker for them. I fell for it. They’ll do a 24 hour trial and then you’re hit with 39.99 each month the next day. 😡

Getting older I am changing things in my life with a new professional job and career. There’s much that needs to be dealt with having to do with my look. Alice was awesome and giving me new options for my body type. I’m excited.

I paid over $40 for a stylist consultation, expecting it to be included in my subscription as advertised. However, when I tried to schedule it through the app, I was prompted for additional payment. Despite requesting a refund, as my subscription should have included the session, they refused. Over the next week and a half, I followed up several times, receiving no response. When I sought clarification through another ticket, I was informed that my subscription had been canceled, which was why I couldn’t schedule a consultation. First, that’s not true because I was never able to schedule a session, even before it was cancelled. And second, they should not have canceled my subscription without my express confirmation, especially if they weren't going to issue a refund. I was then told that they would set up a consultation for me if I gave them a date/time, which I did. I never heard back despite following up 5 more times via email. It's been a month since I purchased the service, and I've received nothing but frustration and wasted time. This feels like a scam.

I think this clothing stylist service is very good! After you complete your profile you set up a virtual appointment. I like that we get to communicate directly with the stylist at a virtual appointment to go over the clothing choices and accessories. My stylist, Jennie, was very thorough and thoughtful. We had a great session and she had selected clothing that suited not only my body type but coloring as well. I highly recommend!

Don’t sign up. It’s a scam and they won’t cancel your account. I’ve been trying to contact customer service for over a week and no one will respond. When I try to cancel my subscription in the app it just gives me an error message. Don’t lose your money!!!!

I paid $0.99 to download it, which I agreed to. I then had a chat with a “designer” the same day. I was not satisfied with their chosen outfits that I even expressed that. Therefore, I went ahead and cancelled the acc & deleted the app. Keep in mind this was all on the same day I downloaded the app. After having done this, they STILL charged me for $5.99, $4.99, $29.99 & $24.99 all on the same week! I spoke with PayPal as my card was connected thru there and they blocked any future charges BUT I got a concerning email stating they charged me $5.99 again? Do not fall for this, this app needs to be deleted.

The cancellation policy says you can cancel at any time and has a process to follow but it always shows an error message. I’m still trying to cancel. The stylist was nice but had no fashion sense. And we could never connect after the first appointment.
